On November 11, Snowie passed away. She was around 16 years old and was much loved. The weekend before she died, we were fortunate enough to go to Grandma and Pappy's house to visit and Alex got one more chance to take care of his "Snow." He knew she was older and fragile, so he wouldn't touch her. He would just lay down on the floor in front of her, look her in the eyes and say, "Hi Snow!" Here are some pics of him feeding her.

Trick or Treat and other October musings
I feel like I begin every post by apologizing for how long it has been since we posted pics of our little monkey. I don't know how others do it. Alex is growing and thriving and being so active and just plain interesting that it's hard to pull out the laptop to write! We're starting to be able to have little adorable conversations with him and they're just plain hysterical!
For Halloween, Alex was a frog. He has a big stuffed frog he sleeps with every night and when we saw the frog costume at Old Navy, it was too perfect to pass up. We went Trick or Treating in our development with Brittany and Austin and the gang. It was a blast!! Of course, the next day, we went to playgroup and Mommy left the candy on the dining room table. By the time we got back, the dogs had eaten it. What can I say?
